Compliant, Solicitor-Ready Plans

Compliant, Solicitor-Ready Plans

Our land registry plans are produced to meet the exact requirements of HM Land Registry. Whether you need a lease plan for a new lease, a title plan for a first registration, or boundary demarcation for a dispute, our plans are accepted by solicitors and the Land Registry across England and Wales.

All plans include accurate OS map referencing, compass orientation, and scaled measurements drawn to the appropriate standard (typically 1:200 for individual properties or 1:500/1:1250 for larger sites).

When You Need a Land Registry Plan

When You Need a Land Registry Plan

Land Registry compliant plans are required for a range of property transactions:

  • First registration of unregistered land or property
  • New lease agreements requiring a scaled plan showing the demised area
  • Property transfers and boundary disputes
  • Subdivision of land or buildings into separate titles
  • Amendments to existing title plans
  • Right of way and easement documentation
Our Approach

Our Approach

Most of the time we don’t need to visit the property. We work from up to date digital mapping that shows the existing plots and boundaries, and draw your plan straight from that. It keeps the cost down and gets the plan back to you quickly.

Some jobs do need a site visit, say where a boundary has changed and isn’t on the mapping yet, or where a line is disputed and has to be checked on the ground. When that’s the case, we measure it on site. Either way the finished plan meets HM Land Registry requirements and is ready for your solicitor.
